Exchanging for another size

You can exchange for the same style in another size within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unwashed and unworn, with its tag and packaging intact.

The buyer pays shipping both ways. You can also bring it to our shop to exchange.

Wrong item or a defect

If you receive the wrong item or one with a defect, keep the packaging and tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos.

We send the right item or a replacement and pay the postage to send yours back. If we have none in stock, we refund you as set out in the refund policy.
