How much is shipping?
We ship anywhere in Malaysia. West Malaysia is RM8. East Malaysia is RM15. You can also choose collect at our shop (Sentosa, Klang): our shop is the pink corner shop opposite Lee Brother, Sentosa, Klang. We will message you on WhatsApp when your order is ready to collect.
How soon do you ship?
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Nothing ships on weekends or public holidays. After that, delivery time depends on the courier.
How do I pick a size?
The size number is the height it fits, in cm: a 90 fits a child of about 90cm. Measure your child now and pick that size or one up. The Disney sets are sized by age instead: 12M, 18M, 2Y, 3Y, 4Y.
Can I buy at your shop?
Yes. Our shop is the pink corner shop opposite Lee Brother in Sentosa, Klang. Come and feel the clothes before you buy; there are clearance pieces in the shop too. You can also order here and collect at the shop, with no shipping fee.
Is my order confirmed before I pay?
An order is confirmed only once payment goes through. Adding an item to your cart does not hold the stock.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, for the same style in another size. The item must be unwashed and unworn, with its tag and packaging intact. The buyer pays shipping both ways.
Wrong item, or a defect?
Keep the packaging and tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos: send a message on Instagram (@littlebeebabyshop.my). We pay the postage to send it back.
Anything else?
Send a message on Instagram (@littlebeebabyshop.my). Tell us your child's height or age and we will help you pick a size.
